Devenir — Shipping Information
At Devenir, every order ships free. No minimums. No exceptions. The instrument leaves us packed by hand and arrives ready for the practice.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to prepare and dispatch it. Your order is considered dispatched the moment it leaves the studio and enters the courier's hands. During peak periods and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days — we will keep you informed throughout.
Estimated Delivery Times
The windows below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery varies depending on your location:
- United States: 7 - 12 business days
- United Kingdom: 3 - 9 business days
- Canada: [6 - 12 business days
- Australia: 4 - 12 business days
- New Zealand: 8 - 13 business days
During busy periods, carriers may experience delays outside our control. International orders may also be subject to customs processing, which can add time to the overall delivery window.
Getting Your Details Right
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incomplete or inaccurate details can cause delays or result in cancellation. If our system flags an address issue, our team will reach out within 3 business days to verify. If we do not hear back within that window, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Spotted a mistake after placing your order? Write to us at care@devenir.com within 24 hours and we will do what we can to correct it before it ships.
Delays
We dispatch every order as quickly as we can. Occasionally, factors outside our control — severe weather, carrier disruption, customs processing — cause delays. When that happens, we work with the carrier on your behalf and keep you informed at every stage. Devenir is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we will always be here to help resolve them.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is with the carrier, it is outside our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, write to us at care@devenir.com and we will begin work on it the same day. We will contact the carrier on your behalf and help you navigate the claims process. If the package cannot be located, we will discuss next steps with you directly, including a possible replacement depending on the circumstances. For stolen packages, we may also recommend filing a police report to support any claim.
