At VEIL, every order ships free. No minimums, no exceptions.
Order Processing
Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch it. Your order is considered dispatched the moment it's handed off to our shipping carrier and on its way to you. During peak periods and holidays, processing may extend up to 7 business days — we'll always keep you in the loop.
Estimated Delivery Times
The times below reflect transit time after your order has been dispatched. Delivery windows vary depending on your location:

Please note that during busy periods, carriers may experience delays outside of our control. International orders may also be subject to customs processing, which can add time to the overall delivery window.
Getting Your Details Right
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Incomplete or inaccurate details can cause delays or result in cancellation. If our system flags an address issue, our team will reach out within 3 business days to verify — if we don't hear back within that window, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

Delays
We ship every order as quickly as we can. Occasionally things outside our control — severe weather, carrier disruptions, customs processing — can cause delays. When that happens, we'll do our best to work with the carrier on your behalf and keep you updated every step of the way. VEIL is not liable for delays caused by external factors, but we'll always be here to help resolve them.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is in the hands of the carrier, it's outside our direct control. If your package appears to be lost or stolen, email us at support@veil-sound.com and we'll get to work on it straight away. We'll contact the carrier on your behalf and help you navigate the claims process. If the package can't be located, we'll discuss next steps with you directly — including a possible replacement depending on the circumstances. For stolen packages, we may also recommend filing a police report to support any claim.
