At VEIL, we're committed to protecting your hearing without compromising the music you love. We believe in what we've built and we want you to experience it fully — which is why we recommend using VEIL for a minimum of 14 days before considering a return. If you're not satisfied after that, our 60-day money back guarantee has you covered. Reach out to us at support@veil-sound.com and we'll make it right.


Cancellation Policy

If you need to change or cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order will have already entered processing and we may not be able to make changes. If you cancel within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.


60-Day Money Back Guarantee

We're confident VEIL will change the way you experience live music. That said, we ask that you give it a fair shot — wear it to at least one show and use it for a minimum of 14 days so you can feel the full difference. If you're still not happy within 60 days of your purchase, we'll refund you. No hoops.

To start a return, fill out the form on our Contact Us page or email us directly at support@veil-sound.com. Include your order number, or the name and email address used at checkout, and we'll get things moving as quickly as possible. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.


Damaged Items

Every order leaves us carefully packaged. If your VEIL arrives with a defect or is physically broken, let us know within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@veil-sound.com. Include a clear photo of the damage and we'll assess whether you're eligible for a free replacement. Please note that cosmetic packaging damage — dented boxes and the like — where the product itself is in good condition does not qualify. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.


Shipping & Delivery

We do everything we can to get your order to you quickly, but once it's in the hands of the courier we can't be held responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control. If you're having delivery issues, please contact the courier directly in the first instance. VEIL is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If there's an error and you don't notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, we won't be able to issue a resend or refund. It's a quick fix if you catch it early — just email support@veil-sound.com as soon as possible.


VEIL reserves the right to update this Return & Refund Policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the most current version before purchasing. Continuing to use VEIL products constitutes acceptance of this policy.
