Devenir — Returns & Refund Policy

At Devenir, we make instruments for conservation, not correction. The form you already have is the work; the Sculptor™ is how it is kept. Before deciding whether the instrument belongs in your practice, we ask that you give it room to settle — ten minutes nightly, for at least thirty days. If, after that, it is not for you, our 100-day guarantee holds. Write to us at care@devenir.com and we will make it right.

Cancellation

If you need to amend or cancel an order, please write to us within 24 hours of placing it. After that window, the order has entered fulfilment and we may no longer be able to intervene. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window are refunded within 7 business days.

100-Day Guarantee

We are confident the Sculptor™ will earn its place in your practice. We ask only that you give it the time the work requires — ten minutes nightly, for at least thirty days — so the maintenance has room to show. If you are still not kept by it within 100 days of purchase, we refund you. Full refund. Free returns. No restocking fee. No hoops.

To begin a return, fill out the form on our Contact page or write directly to care@devenir.com. Include your order number, or the name and email used at checkout, and we will move quickly. Shipping fees are non-refundable where applicable.

Damage in Transit

Every Sculptor™ leaves us packed by hand. If yours arrives with a defect or physical damage, write to care@devenir.com within 72 hours of delivery. Include a clear photograph of the damage and we will assess eligibility for a free replacement. Cosmetic damage to the outer packaging — a dented shipper, a creased corner — where the instrument itself is sound does not qualify. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for damage caused by ordinary wear, misuse, or modification.

Shipping & Delivery

We do what we can to get the instrument to you quickly. Once it has left us and entered the courier's hands, delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control are no longer ours to resolve. If a delivery issue arises, please contact the courier directly first. Devenir is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check the shipping address at checkout. If there is an error and we are not notified within 24 hours of the order being placed, we will not be able to issue a resend or refund. The fix is quick if caught early — write to care@devenir.com as soon as you notice.


Devenir reserves the right to update this policy at any time. It is the customer's responsibility to review the current version before purchase. Continued use of Devenir products constitutes acceptance of this policy.
